Your Town Hall is delightful and I wish you well, with your restoration program. I live in Grampound in Cornwall, an ancient pre-medieval village,with 99per cent of its' buildings grade 2 listed. The Parish Council is in the process of restoring our ancient Town Hall to its' former glory, but I think our Town Hall is smaller than 350square feet. I will measure it at our nec PC meeting, it will be an interesting exercise, the challenge is on.
