We would like to thank you again for the wonderfull stay with you, the service was faultless as always,but most of all Bank House was like staying at your favourite Aunts, the staff were wonderfull, the location was amazing with beautifull views of the lake and hills, what a place to unwind, and we definately needed this after the year we have had, Robin lost his mum after a 7 month illness, Thankyou very much, H ave a very merry christmas, try not to work too hard and enjoy!

superb, fantastic easily lives up to its reputation as one of the worlds great country house hotels. recently taken over by a large hotel chain but quality not at all compromised one bit. and the views.......
