Beautiful charming oldie world feel about the place, the food was excellent and they had an excellent selection real ale.
Staff were very friendly and helpfull I would recommend to anyone and will stay again.

i have stayed at The George and Dragon before and was looking forward to a return visit but how disappointing the listing is very out of date the hotel has changed hands twice since i last came.
It is now very run down, the food poor and the service surly. it has seen much better days and i will not be staying there again or would i recommend it to my friends
