Today I took a pair of Vandaal shoes into the Watford store which were faulty. The heel had broken badly and as I did not have a receipt I was told there was nothing they could do. I was given the address of Vandaal - in other words sort it out yourself. If this is how you treat your customers, I shall never buy shoes from you again. It isn't the first time I have been disappointed with the quality of your shoes, but now I have learnt my lesson.
