We recently purchased a flat at nearby Hunstanton for relaxing weekends and needed to totally furnish it.
We choose Debenhams in Kings Lynn for all of our kitchen utensils, crockery, pans, crockery and bedding etc and Angie the Sales assistant(?)in the home/hardware department couln,t have been more helpfull and patient. She was superb in offering us help and guidance and we would have no hesitation in recommending your store to friends and family locally where we live.

I visited this shop in the evening to avoid the crush of the day, they were open until 7pm, we arrived 5.30pm, i needed a gift for my daughters
for xmas, and there was a 10% discount on that day.
The perfume counters were more or less deserted I eventually got served with two Lancome gift boxes after about 30 mins of hovering, waiting for service. I needed another gift. I approached the
Elizabeth Arden counter , empty again and waited
an assistant did arrive from the main perfume counter, I felt it was inconvenient for her. I asked for the Eye Shadow palette that was on show and enquired the price. Behind the counter was piled with cardboard boxes, this assistant called another assistant to help look for the merchandise, i am a gold card customer, and i am known and normally welcomed in the shop, but one assistant said we work long hours and take over for each other, we are trying to help. not good enough, i felt that I had wasted a trip, i told them not to bother any more they were opening cupboards and trays , not knowing where to look, so this first assistant said ok then and walked away and so did i. Why advertise that they are open late until 7pm, when it is obvious that they do not want to serve, and i will now go elsewhere for what i need. So much for the 10% discount, if your assistants do not understand what to do in someones absence.
