Overall i was very disappointed with my visit to this hotel, although the food was delicious, the service was terrible as the vast majority of staff are foreign and cannot speak a word of english and were not willing to help with any questions i had. i also noticed that in one of the eating areas there were rat and cochroach traps which certainly put me off of my meal. my only plus point was my room as i was staying in there highland hotel and i found the rooms very clean and confortable.
