Good Points: Checkin desk personnel were helpful. Good location.
Bad Points: We booked 2 rooms-My children's room- -problems-tv did not work so great nor did the shower-We did mention this to the staff but it still wasn't fixed for the second night. Our tv did not work so good either. The carpet was dirty throughout the hotel-need better pillows and matresses (could feel the springs)., Breakfast- choices of food to eat are not that great and a 9:30 closing time is too early
General review: The location was ok-but I would not stay here again-

Arriva Hotel is really a modern budget London hotel. I especially enjoyed the en-suite facilities with the small, but comfortable and clean, private bathroom. It is only a minute's walk to King's Cross Station and therefore the hotel is also ideally situated for exploring the city. Morning Breakfast is too good and service is real feature.
