Had overnight stay ,after a tiring journey from scotland .Reception we got on arrival was far from welcoming , po faced young man served us in dining room that evening . Had the worst ceasar salad ever, although was given a reduction in final bill , after complaning .We were in room three , pleasant enough , but noisy , so avoid if possible .Lady serving us breakfast next morning , was a delight , the first smiley face we had seen since we arrived .In our short stay , other people seemed to be as unimpressed as we were.Would we stay again , dont think so .Improve the menu somewhat and teach the staff to be more friendly to your guests , this would be to your advantage . They told me they do not read the guests reviews , well perhaps they should , and then things may improve .PIGS MIGHT FLY . . .

Good Points: A good choice of food and the smoked salmon for breakfast was wonderful!
General review: There were quite a few children running around in the evening whilst we were dining, however it was holiday time and our choice to sit in the conservatory area. With hinesight we should have eaten in the restaurant.
