Good Points: Lovely hotel, friendly and very helpful staff, free lift to and from the airport
Bad Points: Low pressure on shower
General review: My stay was made as pleasant as it is possible to make it.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and although the staff and food were excellent the room was decidely shabby and small especialy for a pretty expensive four star hotel.
The plaster was chipped and paintwork very poor in our room. The TV didn't work and wasn't fixed until the following day and the bathroom was tiny.
Car parking was good with plenty of space but generaly I think four star rating for this hotel is a bit much

I booked this hotel for my wife's 40th birthday - a superior deluxe with pool view - very disappointed in the standard of room - we have stayed in a standard room elsewhere which offered more luxurious surroundings. Room (especially the bathroom) was quite shabby and would be most reluctant to recommend this hotel to any friends who may consider a short break on such a wonderful island. Hotel staff friendly - most of them helpful. Very disappointed that dogs are allowed into hotel - one in the room next to ours disturbed us a few times - waking us up at one point early in the morning - when we mentioned this to the hotel staff they did not appear to be very concerned. We still enjoyed the holiday despite the above but this was because Jersey is such a beautiful place to visit. We did appreciate the bottle of wine and small basket of fruit on our arrival for celebrating my wife's birthday.

Visited this hotel for five nights over August bank Holiday weekend. Had booked triple room for two adults and a 12yr old , room very nice but a little bit cramped with 3 beds in! Would recommend hiring a car as couldn't really walk anywhere, quite a walk to beach and not really any footpaths. Hotel itself was a lovely relaxing place to stay , staff very courteous and helpful, breakfasts really nice. Outdoor swimming pool and gardens were perfect and always peaceful. If you are looking for somewhere lively and have small children this probably isn't the hotel for you otherwise would definitely recommend.
