A very disappointing Sunday lunch! We were looking forward to our meal and get-together with relatives visiting from the United States. Our party of five ordered roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and the only highlight was the horseradish sauce. The meat was overcooked, tough and cut in very thin slices. We all got the impression the meat had been standing in a warming tin for days. The potatoes were boiled, not roasted and the other accompanying vegetables mediocre. One guest described the experience as "this has to be the worst meal I've ever had the misfortune to eat." No thank you - we will definitely cross you off our list and definitely not recommend you to any of our friends. Maybe the owners and staff at the Yorkshire Bridge should visit The Fox House and get some expert advice from the management there. They could certainly teach you a thing or two about serving great food.
