I was very disappointed. The bill and menu clearly said "Service charge will not be included", however when I looked at the bill in detail, the staff had cunningly rounded it up by 10% - without even showing service as a separate item.
This has happened to me every time I have visited - about five times over the last year - and I am finding it hard to believe that the identical mistake could be made again and again.
The staff are also extremely aggressive when confronted about this.
Avoid Mozzarella e Pomodoro in Camberwell
