Good Points: good welcome from reception, pleasant common areas
Bad Points: stained carpet, cramped and tatty ensuite, situation of room in basement opposite some form of kitchen! noisy as soon as people wake up, banging doors nextdoor and on the floorboards upstairs and so would be terrible if you wanted a lie in.
General review: i would be very upset if I had paid anymore for this room and will probably look elsewhere for an overnight stay in clifton

Good Points: Clean. Friendly staff. Good hospitality tray including fruit. Comfortable bed. Choice of breakfast good
Bad Points: A bit noisy in my downstairs room from guests in the foyer and, possibly, a central heating noise. Room rather small.
General review: Room was comfortable and adequate for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only one waitress at breakfast meant a long wait for toast, I suspect I might have been forgotten.
