General review: From the time of booking til our departure of hotel, we couldn't fault a thing, room was in excellent condition and staff were very helpful and friendly. would reccommend this hotel to friends and family and will definately be coming back.

Good Points: Although not at the premier end of the market, the room was clean and tidy, tea and coffee was provided and the reception staff were extremely helpful. Good value for money. General review: Coming off at Junction 8A found it confusing to find the hotel thought it was separate from the services. Would help if reception maintained a more comprehensive list of taxi car numbers.
