Good Points: friendly staff, light airy room
Bad Points: Breakfast adequate but not fantastic. The bar had cashed up before 11pm, causing delays buying drinks. Many people gave up and just went to their rooms.
General review: Overall good.

Extremely disappointing for a 4* hotel compared to other venues I have stayed in.
Many of the staff are foreign and have little local knowledge and even those who are "local" do not carry out their duties as would be expected at this standard of hotel. This included simply being asked to call a taxi to the airport there and then, which the member of staff promptly forgot resulting in me nearly missing my flight and the bar staff not serving customers in the appropriate order.
The rooms were of no higher standard than a Travel Inn or Premier Lodge, which was extremely disappointing given the EXTORTIONATE tariff (over £150 a night) and of which breakfast was not even included!!
No information could be found in the hotel lobby on local attractions and the like.
Overall very disappointing.
