I have been a member for several years and have brought to the club my two daughters and son in law and was shocked to find that when my son came to join up last night at about 8 p.m there were 4 or 5 girls on reception all chatting and he was told that no one was available to join him up and he was sent away.I seriously doubt that the girls were doing anything other than chatting and just could not be bothered.I witnessed this as I was just leaving the club. I will now wait and see if they bother to contact him and if they do not do so I will be taking my gym membership elsewhere and my family with me. I cannot believe that the club can afford to turn away potential members like this and feel my son was treated very rudely for disturbing the staff.
