Time of attendance: 17:15, I went to have a look at this gym. I first of all greeted by two smiling chavs who were getting chatted up by an overweight male from the Hilton which connects to the living well. I then went into the changing rooms which were disgusting very dirty and smelt of rotten eggs. I felt like walking out straight away. I then decided to go to the gym and was dissapointed some more. It seems whoever chose the gym equipment does not have a clue of gym goers needs. I then decided to call it a day and thought id try out the sauna, steam jacuzzi pool. More dissapointment followed due to the bad smell and general dirt in these areas even the complimentry towel was smelly. I also found the people in this gym to be rude using abusive language out loud etc etc. My Opinion avoid like the plague even on a free trial.

small gym with lots of light but not cleaned very often, poorly run gym with staff not knowing what they are doing, smelly steam room, slippy floors not cleaned often by staff, sunbed tubes have not been changed for at least 2 years, changing rooms are nice though and cannot fault the beauty of the pool, although it has had mould problems in the past-the only downside is that no classes are run and children can go anytime and are not kept under control, which is not what you expect for a £50 membership.
