Overall a very good place to stay, owners were very friendly, overall upkeep was good, and at a short bus ride or 30 minute walk into the center of oxford it makes for a very good budget location to stay (when compared to the price of some of the places in the center of town).
Noise may be an issue for the front bedrooms, but the back bedroom we were in was very good (couldn't hear the road noise at all). Morning breakfast was excellent the one morning I had it.
My only issue was when we arrived (arriving on the Bus after a 12 hour flight) the owners weren't in so we had to wait until they arrived to check in, I would definitely advise contacting the owners on the day of arrival to check what time they will be around to check in.
