We booked two transfers with Carlton Cars as I always like to support local companies and the rates were competitive. Both transfers were punctual and had baby seats as requested, however on the way to Gatwick at 7 am our driver clearly was having trouble staying awake...! My husband actually had to tap him on the shoulder when he started going into the next lane! Then our return the vehicle stunk so much of ciggarettes my nose was running and my sons asthma was playing up. Overall I was really disappointed and wouldn't use them again.
