Good Points: great staff help; large room, disabled facilities excellent for the most part
Bad Points: TV too small - too far away from bed to see clearly; room cold (staff found heater) could have done with some form of stool to get in the bath, no instructions in room about TV or phone
General review: realy good better than a 5* we stayed in last time we were in London
