This was a truly excellent meal. I am a professional chef myself, so i judge meals on a number of criteria. This meal for 4 was very good indeed. Attention to seasoning, prentation,variety... oh what the heck! it was memorable and that says it all. I would certainly reccomend the Cavendish to anyone.

The Cavendish is an undiscovered culinary delight. I have stayed there several times and it just keeps on getting better and better. Local ingredients are clearly sourced wherever possible and are presented in a manner that shows that the Cavendish cares about its customers. Apart from the varied a la carte menu there is always a selection of special dishes that feature what is in season locally. If you care about good food whith taste. Pay it a visit
