Dear sir or madam,
we enjoyed stay there. Our room number was 1312. The hair dryer wasn't working and weight scale seemed incorrect.
the staff member was very kind for the bereakfast but the bread was not avaiable so some of our friend couldn't eat the bread. i know it was very busy morning.
Thanks and hope to stay ther again for the near furture.

Beautiful hotel, lovely grounds and very nice rooms. Level of customer service often poor though.
