Good Points: Received a nice welcome.Good Value Excellent breakfast
Bad Points: Thick dust on the shelf in the room.

Good Points: Clean. Majority of the staff were friendly and helpful.
Nice comfortable bed.
Bad Points: Can be hard to find if you don't have sat nav and house number. Could be noisey if anything going on in the pub nextdoor.
General review: Overal good value for money, clean and comfortable room, and friendly staff.
