i found this little gem on internet,arriving at 1130 in the morning we were made very welcome considering there were 35 hungry football fans!shelia the host was excellent and the breakfast was great well worth a visit we shall be using again if we are in this area once again thanks for the warm welcome regards jason

I was very impressed with my visit to the Royal Oak, the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we managed to stumble across Thurday night fish night, I had the swordfish and my partner the grilled plaice which were both delicious. Thanks to the staff at the Royal Oak for a wonderful birthday meal
