Good Points: Very good food, well presented. Friendly staff
Bad Points: Carpets wearing thin everywhere, needs painting and general repairs.
General review: Above points did not stop us from having a nice time at the hotel.

Good Points: Staff pleasant if a bit slow. Food very good better than expected.
Bad Points: Room was very noisy due to heating system. Room tired badly painted and in need of work. TV a bit broken. Hotel generally on the shabby side but the people were nice so it did not matter much.
General review: OK for odd night would not use for more than one now and then.

Good Points: Very friendly staff and good atmosphere.
Bad Points: Shame about the real ale - not great.
General review: Very pleasant weekend - lovely area.
