The staff are friendly but, that is the only good thing. Breakfast was awful, hotel is cold, lots of building work going on, too much noise, the only way i can describe it is cheap and nasty..Do not stay in the guest house!!

Good Points: The staff of the hotel made us feel very much at home and it was refreshing to stay somewhere that you feel welcome. Bad Points: Room was quite standard, very small, no curtains etc. However we knew what we were paying for and it was suitable for our needs. General Review: Tidy, freindly staff, good location and reasonable price. We were given a room and front door key and made to feel very much at home. The staff made us feel that they appreciated our business and it made a refreshing change to not have to check in with a front desk etc. The informal feel to the hotel was fantastic. When back in London we will definately stay here again.

Good Points: Friendly, homely atmosphere Bad Points: The room we got was the top floor which was extremely hot. The hotel didnt seem to be full so we would have appreciated it if staff realised a lower floor room may have been better during the current warm weather. General Review: Great.
