Good Points: Extremely helppful and friendly staff both over telephone before arrival and on check-in and departure! Reasonable rates,very convenient to Empire on Shepherd's Bush Green,and to Pubs, corner shops etc as well as new Westfield Complex and of course tubes.
Bad Points: Unfortunately I drove so bit the bullet and paid for 24 hrs (£24.50) at Westfield but it worked out fine. Room had just been painted so we all got high (!) And alarm was being tested next morn at 11.00am but it was time to go anyway (and reception assured us he was not trying to shift us!)

Good Points: Very friendly staff with pleasant attitude
Bad Points: Menu for breaksafe should change ocassionally
Channels for television could be improved further. Limited channels for now.
General review: Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere overall.
