This caravan site is not as it suggests - in the first place there is a six foot high fence - built out of steel- around the place which prohibits any views of the nearby golf course and canal. Secondly, it is a very small site and the pitches are extremely close together, making one feeling claustrophobic to say the least. Thirdly it is near to the main A82 road which has to be one of the busiest in the country at certain times of the day. Lastly if you own more than one dog, or your dog is more than 8" tall you will not be allowed entry to the site - we watched the warden send several poor people away for that very reason this weekend. If you own a pristine van, onwe small pet, want to feel as if you are locked up for your stay and don't mind being pushed in like sardines, try the Torvean - otherwise look just across the road !
