i use this pub to meet up with a few friends regulally, it was once the best pub in knutsford but slowly over the last few years it has slowly emptied and the fun has gone,mostly due to smoking laws but also the running of the place needs attention, the regulars when they start to come back really are the friendliest people

A few days ago i visited the Builders Arms. The Beer was very good and the staff were very helpfull and there was a very good family friendly atmosphere. I would definately recomend a visit.
