Myself and 7 friends booked this over the website. A one night stay, pictures and description on website looked fine so we thought we would go. What a dissapointment. First of all on arrival we got the keys and were sent a few doors up to a house to which we were disgusted by, on opening the front door the smell hit you. Decor was old fashioned which we could have lived with but the rooms were filthy. We checked the matress sheets and to utter disgust had been urinated on and left to dry, there was no way we were going to stay there, so we headed back along. The lady behind the bar was lovely when we explained and she moved us to where we originally thought we were staying. The rooms here were no better, the smell was fousty, there was mascara all over the pillow cases and it wasnt until the next morning we realised one of the beds hadnt been changed as there was glitter on the sheets. The atmosphere and the bar staff were lovely but the manageress could have but a smile on her face, no manners, no apology and noone at the reception when we handed our keys in. It was like staying in a truck stop, so there is no way we will be back, but thanks anyway to the bar staff.

A truly unpleasant place to stay the night. There were no B&B staff around, just a young guy at the bar who took our cash but was unable to answer any of our queries. They say on the website they have smoking and non-smoking rooms, but when we asked if we could have a non-smoking one he had no idea, and we couldn't see any non-smoking ones anywhere so begrudgingly stayed in a stinky room. The bar/surrounding area was very noisy all night long (it was a friday). There is parking available behind the Roadhouse but it really didn't feel a safe place to leave the car overnight.
