This hotel is beautiful! Located inside an English Heritage building, how can it not be? The view from anywhere in the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. You can see the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and all along the River Thames. I was awestruck. My room was very large, breakfast plentiful and delicious, and the price for the weekend surprisingly low! Great value for a admirable cost. I wouldn't be surprised if hotels close by are losing patrons by the day. 5 stars for sure!

The room we were given was very small, although supposed to be deluxe. The web site for the hotel says the rooms are all spacious. They certainly are not!
Breakfast was no more than average, the hot plate holder held stone cold plates for the help yourself hot buffet and the buffet items were hardly warm, certainly not hot. There was a queue of people in the entrance to the restaurant waiting for tables to be vacated.
The hotel is overpriced, unless you want to pay an extortionate price for a view. It is not 5 star quality.
