Good Points: No frills; good value for money. The breakfast is a major bonus. The location, in central London, permits easy access to public transportation. The nearby eateries is another bonus. Wireless internet access was good! Bad Points: Failure to transfer my telephone calls after claiming that the reception is manned 24/7. The windows require more insulation to shut out noise.
