Huge double room overlooking gardens, great view! Staff and service spot on.

Good Points: the staff were overall very good and thanks to Craig for getting the heating put on the room was very cold when we arrived.
Bad Points: The reception on arrival was very 'cold' the receptionist just asked our name and we had to ask for further details regarding the stay.
General review: overall ok but we stayed at the same hotel last year and found it excellent. We had to suffer nioce and fighting outside our room at night and also noice from the kitchens.
