Good Points: Clean, Friendly, Good rooms, plenty of space and comfortable seating for a couple Receptionist very curtious.
Bad Points: Wi-Fi link low power in bar and room, keeps dropping out need better coverage. Bar not always Staffed, and when a customer is spotted waiting, they have to finish whatever job they are doing first before you are served.

Sold our rooms to other people while we were in using their spa, even though they knew we had arrived (our luggage was behind the reception desk). Ruined my hen weekend, no apologies, couldn't see what they'd done wrong. Absolutely unbelieveable. p>Date visited: october 2005

Easy to find location. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was satisfactory to excellent. Location close to Chester was very convenient.
