Absolutely terrible. I had a job interview to get to in the morning, went in the night before and asked them to book a taxi for me, the guy said he didn't need to as there would be taxis ready at that time, I asked him 3 times and he assured me it would not be a problem. On going in the next day another guy says 'no taxis for an hour' and then proceeds to blame me for leaving it too late to get to my appointment. I found alternative transport in the end but arrived to my interview late.
Terrible and not even apologetic in their failure. Very bloody angry.

best taxi in bristol are yellow i have taxi to heathrow air the price was cheap 150 compare others the car was clean the was nice he was on time polite

just had a taxi from yellow cabs bristol,and had the best driver on their fleet,his name was lee.he had a six seater cab which was the cleanest cab ive ever seen in a long time,he also had dvd screens in the headrests which i thought was fantastic.he didnt over charge me at all and was reasonable.next time i ring im gonna ring him direct so i make sure i get him perminantly,make sur you insist on getting lee or tell them your not interested if they cannot send him.take my word for it he's a good cabbie.

EXCELLENT COMPANY!Have been using them for two years now and they also service my account work and we rarely have any problems....
If you are in a taxi and you think that you have been over charged it is not the company that are over charging you it is the individual driver. DON'T PAY HIM THE FULL AMOUNT. All drivers have radios in their cars ask them to radio back to base and confirm what price you should pay.
Drivers that over charge are often logged off for the day so that they can not work. I have seen this happen.

Disgusted with the price of a taxi which was double the normal price. We ordered a taxi to bristol airport at midday a journey which normally cost approx £10.00 however we were charged 17.00. THE RETURN JOURNEY AT 2AM USING AIRPORT CARS WAS £11.00.
We telephoned and was promised it would be looked into however all we have recieved was a answerphone message stating it was overcharged by £2.00 only and they would give a discount next time we used them!!!. Despite 5 phonecalls trying to establish why it was overcharged and also the nearly double price to normal we have had no contact back!!!!
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
