The Golden Bowler is a friendly local traditional pub which does nice meals at reasonable prices. The burns night meal was lovely and each course enjoyable and the haggis very nice. The staff were very sociable and prompt with their service despite numbers and I having a piper made the event even more special. I would recommend this pub.

What a gem of a pub! Its been there for years but it was the first time id been there. Freindly atmosphere, excellent food. Choice of having it as a bar meal or superb resturant facilities. Genuine freehold.
Thing that first attracted me was their fantastic disabled facilities. But this does not detract at all from their atmosphere.
Well worth a visit, think you will like it! Just look for the large Golden Bowler as you go from Stubbington village towards Hill Head.
