Wow, we had a wonderful afternoon. The place has changed so much, the staff were lovely the food was really good, the kids loves it.Kate didn't get her last name really made sure we were all really looked after my her staff. One of the waitresses a cute bubbly girl painted the kids faces and made sure they all had an activity pack. The garden was massive and we ended up out there for another 2 hours there were 23 in our party in all and everyone enjoyed it.I have read some really negative comments but you cant base a life time decision on one experience.I bet everyone has bought an item of clothing that was damaged once, but i bet it didn't stop them from going back to that store again!!!! I thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Stayed at the Premier Inn whilst working at the Airshow and visited several times for drinks, and ate there just the once. Bar service took ages whether the pub was busy or not. The food took ages to arrive and was cold, overcooked and totally unappetising. The salad had an inch of dressing on and was limp and slimy. The pastry on the Chicken and mushroom could have been used as a table tennis bat and the sauce on the steak had a rubbery skin where it had been kept warm.
The burger was burnt to a crisp and totally inedible. The table was not cleared after we finished the meal.
When we complained, the staff just snapped a brief "sorry" and the returned to their conversation.
Will n ever use this pub again, and would advise against anyone else doing
so.
In contrast, the hotel was great.

I went to the monkey puzzle with a friend and her two small children. What a disappointment. It was bad enough that it took 45 mins to arrive. The food was so cold and dried up as if it had been left aside waiting to be brought out. The children had sausage, swede and potato mash, yorkshire pud and gravy. The mash was hard and dry and the gravy was in a jug with a skin on the top, as was the mayo for both of our meals. We complained and they replaced one of the meals and gave the children a free icecream each. I will never go back to another Brewers Fayre, due to similar experience at the one in Aldershot.

Visited The Monkey Puzzle for my neices 1st birthday party, 15 adults prebooked. What a disappointment 1 meal was sent back, 1 was refunded, at least another 3 should have been complained about. Pub was not too busy but had to wait about 45 minutes for 1 dessert. Won't be revisiting!!!!
