Hotel is of VERY POOR QUALITY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY ABUSIVE AND RUDE STAFF! Stayed there for 1night in January 2009 and could not get to sleep until the morning. Basic amneties. Worst hotel experience by far! Would NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone! 0/10

A BRILLIANT HOTEL. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. INCREDIBLE AND INTERESTING DECOR. THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. WELL COOKED INTERESTING VARIETY AND LARGE SERVINGS. VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY, NICE ATMOSPHERE. WE DEFINATLY WILL BE STAYING AGAIN. LEICESTER IS A VERY UNDERATED TOURIST CITY. FOR A TOTALLY DIFFERENT CITY BREAK HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, THE COMFORT HOTEL IS UNIQUE.
