excellent place, as described , very easy to get to, just a minute or so off j34 on the m4 , also train station in the town, Pontyclun, about 2 miles away, theres a large shopping area a mile or so away in llantrisant,very nice place and no city congestion

My son and I stayed for a week at the Vale as he was doing his work experience with the Welsh Rugby Team.
Your staff were the most helpful, courteous friendly we have encountered. THey went out of their way to accommodate us in every way.
Especially the two ladies who worked in the restarant (sorry cannot remember their names.
An enormous thank you to them and everyone else who helped to make my sons experience so wonderful!
We will definately return one day and almost certainly be recommending it to all to our friends.
