Absolutely terrible food and service. I politely complained about one part of the food and I was met with an argument from a so called customer service person (waitress), who demanded that it was fresh from the bag and that she would eat it.
1) Whatever you think of a complaint, it is MY complaint, as a paying customer, and should not be argued with and brushed aside, especially without investigating it and having an open mind on it.
2) The food was disgusting and to serve that particular bit up is dreadful. What happened to quality control?
3) To then argue that it was fresh is unbelievable.
AVOID!
And rather expensive for really below standard pub grub and drink
