booked for afternoon tea for 3o'clock sat there for over 20 mins no one came to serve us. But someone came 15 mins after us and were served so we got up and walked out. Been 3 times in the last 12 months but will not be going again.

Good Points: The website Beautiful rooms overlooking an amazing garden. rooms were well equiped, modern but with the feel of grandure. will definately be back again. Bad Points: no dislikes General Review: I loved this hotel for its old world charm yet subtly incorperated with todays modern hotel needs. well done.

We went to Crewe hall to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The beautiful setting, the restaurant, the food and the service were all excellent. For a special occasion, this experience was hard to beat.

FABULOUS!!! Great management with some of the most beautiful architecture ever seern thru-out England. Examples of Jacobean and Elizabethan with paintings, sculptures galore. Don't forget to ask to see the different fireplace surrounds thru-out the building! A must for a visit!
