Good Points: My wife and I were upgraded to stay at Ryan Suite. What an experience we had! The suite was amazing and definitely good value for money. I will certainly book the suite right away next time I stop over at Hotel Hatfield. I will also recommend the suite to anyone else who would like to relax and have a great break. Bad Points: The lights in the bathroom did not work in our first room. One of the bedsite lamps did not work either. It is for this reason that we were upgraded to Ryan Suite which we absolutely loved.
