Its hard to describe this hotel. It is a hybrid of olde world charm and facade with modern bedrooms and facilities. I found the staff extremely friendly and the level of service excellent, special mention to the young manager Garry who runs the hotel. The bar food was good value for money and traditional in style. The highlight for me was the bedrooms which where modern and very clean. I would have no hesitation in using this hotel again and recomend that you try it for yourself

The hotel is very nice inside but from the photo on the web page it does not show the busy main road that runs 5-6 feet from the hotel. I enjoyed my visit to the hotel but found that the food in the restaurant was very expensive and not nice at all, the pub down the road does far better food at half the price. over all I would give the hotel 5/10 sorry!
