Possibly the most un professional, scruffy hotel we've ever stayed in. Booked for 4 nights and left after 3, would have been sooner , but I was unwell.
Frosty reception, poor quality food, served by miserable unprofessional staff - they brought my scottish tablet to our table in their hands, not even a plate or wrapper; wine was opened after asking for it 3 times, then we were told to "help yourselves"food was thrown onto our table, one course on top of another, as if they wanted us out as soon as possible.
The hotel is noisy, the bed uncomfortable and other guests were partying until 4:30am.
