Good Points: Staff were generally friendly and helpful
Bad Points: The hotel had no seating area other than in the noisy bar and was certainly not conducive to meeting relatives or friends. We were very disapointed. The room itself was very small and really only suitable as a single room, not a twin-bedded room. The bath was not full-sized. All facilities in the room and en-suite were clean - can't fault them on that. Bedmaking left a lot to be desired - duvet cover was straightened but the undersheets were crumpled and never straightened during the whole stay.
General review: Disappointed mainly because there was no lounge area

Good Points: Was pleasant environment, with good security. Clean, enough towels for both of us
Bad Points: Key card kept getting stuck in the door Breakfast was very overpriced, had the english breakfast, but was simply given a plate of food rather than allowed to serve myself, if I had reallised this would have mentioned that I dislike eggs, and would have asked for more food that I enjoyed, a buffet style would be more appropriate
General review: Was ok but staff could have been more friendly, breakfast poorly run and for the £8 I dont expect to be hungry afterwards.

Good Points: clean well laid out
Bad Points: bar area was bit like a good french truck stop
General review: The hotle was clean and romms were very good standard. Bar area was a little bit sparten. Staff were all french and very nice.

General Review: We found the staff extremely welcoming and friendly even though we arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before closing we hadn't had time to check in but The manager took the trouble to bring our key to the table so that we could charge the meal to our room.
