Was looking for a proper pub to have a pint in and found this amazing pub away from the hub of Muswell Hill Broadway. Was so surprised to find a traditional local, unchanged in any way, serving great beer with a friendly, local atmosphere. Bar staff were very attentive and also noticed the women behind the bar were fit!! All in all a great night out 9/10!!!!! Jack

Stumbled across this pub, off the main Muswell Hill Drag, and found a delightful family run pub, great beer, hospitable staff and fab landlord and lady - I'll definately be back!

Guinness is great, the landlord is a mad irishman, some oddballs frequent it, but it is above and beyond all else a genuine local pub, Friendly, good atmosphere and excellent cellar. Accepts well behaved dogs. Children are allowed if good up to 7.00. There is also a large outdoor patio area which is a fantastic sun trap in the summer. Only does rolls during the week, no food.
