Good Points: Welcome desk employees are quiet efficient to handle the operations
Bad Points: Most of the time restaurant is managed by only one waiter therefore lacks of food serve items and cleaning problems noted this area. Room has internet connection problems reported several days but unable find solutions when we left from the hotel
General review: Overall I can say your service is ok if compare with your price at the Birmingham other hotels but still you can improve human resources in the hotel
