Good Points: Very helpful and pleasant staff, clean, Good Breakfast, good location
Bad Points: Run down condition of room, shower didn't work properly, toilet difficult to flush, hole and plaster missing in bathroom ceiling, TV remote broken. For that type of Hotel to have to pay extra to park a car in a public car park in this day and age is not good, I would really expect to at least get a discounted rate on parking. Most Hotels of this size do have parking as part of the cost.
General review: Booked for the location Right opposite the Bus Station next to the Cathederal and easy access to the main shopping area price wise no more expensive than a B&B the pleasant and helpfull staff made up for the negatives, had we been staying for more than one night I would have moved rooms.
