Would never use this firm again. My 17 year old daughter and her 16 year old friend pre-booked a taxi to take them from the University to Nottingham station and it never turned up. Despite their ringing the Company another taxi did not turn up until I had rung the firm and complained. The lady at the cab company was not very sympathetic. My daughter and her friend had missed the last train home to Plymouth and I had to pay out another £50+ to get them to Bristol and then had a 5 hour round trip to collect them at midnight. It was either this or they spent the night at Bristol station. The woman said the taxi had been sent but other people took it and she couldn't help it if the driver did not check the names of his passengers. Couldn't explain why she didn't action the several phone calls my daughter had made asking where the taxi was. Absolutely disgraceful - will be taking the matter further
