Two taxis booked for 7pm to go to a function starting at 7:30 and also booked to pick us up at midnight at the function. Things did not start well, the 2 taxis eventually turned up at 7:45pm after a couple of phone calls. The drivers were very helpful and I have no complaints about them. Unfortunately the taxis did not turn up at midnight even though we had mentioned it to the drivers who dropped us off. Had a couple of irate conversations with the controller who said that there was no record of our booking and that she had told the driver to forget about coming back for us at midnight because it wasn't on the computer. One of our party is in a wheelchair and uses Dash regularly but won't be using them again. I know I will never use them as there are other taxi firms in the area who are very reliable.

booked mini bus from tranent to edin collection 7pm as needed to b thier for 730 no problem they said turned up at 725 great start then return journey they sent a 7 seater for 9 off us and that a taxi would b thier as soon as it could great service not defo not be using dash again and will be passing the word about
