My partner required a taxi for 5:45am to take her to work for 6:15am.
She booked the taxi the night before and as usual told them where she wished to go.
So why on God's earth do you send some cretin who doesn't know his @rse from his elbow, let alone how to get around Glasgow!? IT'S HIS JOB TO KNOW HOW TO GET FROM A TO B AND NOT JUST WITH A SATNAV.
Not only was he as bright as a broken torch, he also claimed that he couldn't contact his bosses for help. Useless, idiotic, moronic, halfwitted company run by muppets that employs muppets and then fleeces the public out of their HARD EARNED MONEY THEY HAVE RIGHTLY EARNED for a faillible and frankly joke-of-a-taxi service.
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY.
